We love this apartment. It has marble floors throughout. Lots of light and a great terrace to have breakfast on. Brand new flat panel TV. New, huge and super-comfortable sofa. It has dishwasher and laundry room. Lots of closet space. New furniture. Walk to the beach in 5 minutes or less. The amenities at the complex are great. The outdoor swimming pool has adults and children's pool. Big grass area around the pool to lay on the sun. The beach in Albir is beautiful and the town is full of shops and has a great variety of restaurants.

Sleeps 4. Amazing luxury apartment walk distance to the beach. Brand New (end 2006). Quiet, Relaxing and Fun for the whole family.

2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Full Kitchen, Living Room and Terrace, Air conditioning and Heating. 1 car underground garage. Fully equipped with towels, sheets and all. Master Bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and marble counters, and opens to the terrace. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The 2nd with a shower. Brand new flat panel TV, DVD player and Satellite TV (including but not limited to the following channels: BBC, TV1-2, Channel 1-5, USA, Spream 1-3, CBS Action, and more... ). Handicapped accessible and elevator.

Deposit/Booking Notes: We offer discounts for long term rental periods of more than one month. Please, ask us if interested. Discounts as follows:
- 2-3 months: 10% off
- 4-5 months: 15% off
- 6+ months: 20% off

Check-in time is after 3pm the day of arrival. Late check-ins are allowed until 10pm BUT you have to tell us 2-3 days before that you will be arriving late. Check-out must be by 11am the day of departure.

We require a 200 EUR reservation fee that must be paid immediately to reserve your stay. The reservation fee converts into a security deposit during check-in and it is 100% refundable after check-out if everything at the apartment is fine. At the moment we only accept bank transfers. The final payment has to be done 60 days before the check-in date.
