Large 1st floor apartment within a building of just 15 exclusive private apartments. Electronic gated entrance and underground parking facility. The apartment is furnished to a high standard with all amenities. Lift to fantastic roof top terrace and swimming pool overlooking one of the best beaches in the Algarve. The apartment is Air Conditioned throughout and has a large kitchen, dining area and lounge with a 42" Sony Sat LCD TV including a DVD player. There are two large outside terraces and one has a sea view.

The apartment has three bedrooms, two Double and one Twin therefore sleeping 6. Two bedrooms are en-suite with the 3rd bedroom having a private terrace and a bathroom next door.
All bed linen and towels are provided (Including beach towels). Towels are changed mid week and the bed linen every 7 days.
A welcome pack is supplied FOC.

The kitchen has a dish washer, washing machine, oven with built in Microwave and fridge freezer plus a toaster and kettle etc. There is also a Stereo radio/ Hi-Fi.
The apartment is fully licensed by the local council and therefore has the required safety equipment such as Fire Extinguishers etc.

A £200 damage/breakage deposit must be paid with the final payment. This will be returned to the client withing 7 days of their departure if there are no breakages etc.. There will be reduced rates for long term bookings during off-peak periods.

The apartment is situated in the best location in Lagos 100 mts from the Meia Praia beach.One of the most renowned beaches in the Algarve. It is 2 mins to Palmaires Golf Club with a 10/15 minute walk into the centre of Lagos. The Marina with cafes, bars and restaurants is only a 10 minute walk. There is a bus stop right outside the apartment with a regular circular service. Zoo Marine and other water parks are only 30 minutes away.
