Only a 10 minute walk to Amenities including Sandy Beach. Mini Market/Taverna just outside Complex. Parking.

First floor Apt. on Paradise Gardens 2, on a very sought after Complex. Just 20 minutes from Paphos Airport. Ample sunbathing terraces with free sunbeds & poolside showers. This complex is popular with couples & families looking for a relaxing holiday yet only a 10 - 15 minute stroll to Paphos harbour & seafront where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants & tavernas to suit all tastes and budgets..

Bedroom One Bedroom with double bed, dressing table, fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning/heating unit, ceiling fan. Sofa bed in lounge which will sleep one adult or 2 children.

Bathroom with bath and shower over, shaver point, wash basin inset in marble and WC.

Fully equipped kitchen, including built in oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, large fridge–freezer, kettle, toaster, clothes airer. Iron and ironing board.

The apartment is on the first floor, accessed by stairs, suitable for the elderly if they can manage a flight of stairs. Non-smoking apartment, however smoking is permitted on the balcony, ash trays provided. Sorry no pets.

Location description

Coast and Beach
Paphos Beach/Seafront with its water sports, snorkeling, scuba diving, speed boat hire,cruises etc. is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Coral Bay is a short drive/bus journey, buses run regularly. Paphos Harbour is about 10/15 mins walk.
Apt’s. prime location you have numerous places of interest within walking distance. Paphos Harbour/Fort you may hire a boat or Cruise on Wave Dancer for a memorable time. Archaelogical sites/mosaics at Harbour/Ampitheatre, purticularly during the summer the atmosphere there is just magical with open/air shows and Opera.

The Water Park in Paphos (Aphrodite) is a short free bus ride, great fun for all the family.
Paphos Market (except Sunday) is daily in the old town, a bus can be taken from just outside the Complex.
