A very modern apartment that is set in Jandia golf course. It has 1 large bedroom-twin beds, fitted wardrobes, en-suite. Large living area with private balcony , 2x double sofa beds, fully equipped kitchen, 2nd bathroom and large private roof terrace.
Jandia Beach Golf ia a fabulous development of 76 one & two bedroom apartments and villas. Each property boasts amazing views down across the golf course and to the Atlantic beyond.

Enjoy your own large private terrace or garden, or make use of the communal swimming pool with its terraced sunbathing area. Only 1km from the famous Jandia Beach, offering superb value for money.

Jandia Golf course is situated in the south of Fuerteventura and was the third golf course to be opened on the Island in early 2008. The golf course in Jandia covers a surface area of some 335,086 square meters, it is a par 72 which was designed by Ron Kirby and is nestled in a natural bowl in the mountains.

Deposit/Booking Notes: Payment of accommodation.

2 – Booking Deposit
When you book your accommodation a 20% deposit is required of the total cost to secure your option required. Your written confirmation is issued as and when is reasonably possible showing your reservation details and the balance of the cost which is to be paid to my account by the date stated. However if you book less than 6 weeks before your arrival date, I will require full payment straight away.

3 – Cancellation or changes made by us.
This would not be expected but sometimes problems occur where alterations may need to be made. If this does happen we will contact you as soon as possible to explain the situation. If for whatever reason these changes are not suitable then alternative accommodation will be offered to you of a similar rating (though we do reserve the right to pass on any additional rates). You must advise within 48 hours if you are happy with the proposal in order for us to reserve the accommodation. If this is not acceptable you must advise within 48 hours and your monies will be returned to you that you have paid. No compensation will be given.

4 – Cancellation and changes made by you.
12 weeks before your arrival date refundable 100%. 4 – 8 weeks – 60% of cost excluding deposit. Less than 4 weeks – non refundable.

5 – Your Accommodation.
In most cases our properties are managed by us who take full responsibility fro the accommodation before, during and after your departure.

6 – Security and breakages Deposit.
A deposit of 100 euro will be requested upon you reserving the property. The full balance of the payment which will be refunded to you once a full check of the property has been made by our house keepers (the same day of your departure). If all items within the property are in full working order your deposit will be refunded as soon as possible to you.

Otherwise the deposit will go towards the repairs where necessary and a further bill issued to you if the cost exceeds this. If any damage is found during your stay I have the right to repossess the accommodation immediately unless the full cost of the damage is paid in full.

7 – Checking in and checking out.The standard check in time is 2.pm, check out time is 10.30am.When you land at the airport please call Jim or June on 0034 646 015 933 If you need directions or a meeting to collect keys.

8 – Cleaning Costs. The standard cleaning charges are as follows

Costa Calma (1 Bedroom & 2 Bedroom) = 50 Euros (2 people sharing)
Costa Calma (1 Bedroom & 2 Bedroom) = 60 Euros (more than 2 people)

Jandia Golf = 60 Euros (2 people sharing)
Jandia Golf = 70 Euros (more than 2 people)

Location description

Jandia Golf course is considered to be a medium to difficult course with its two small lakes, natural areas, Canary Island palms and some of the most spectacular scenery.
Close to the famous beaches of Jandia, Playa de Cofete and Playa Sotovento which offer vast stretches of white sand and turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean and only five kilometres from the fishing village of Morro Jable where you will find lots of choice with plenty of sea food Restaurants bars and leisure facilities.

Fuerteventura Airport is only 85 kilometres from Jandia Golf and with the new road section completed the journey time has been reduced substantially. Puerto del Roasario the Capital of Fuerteventura is approx 100 kilometres from the golf course and Costa Calma 15 kilometres.
