Enjoy the nearness of the sea and golden beaches only a 5minute walk away and let the sound of the sea gently take away all the stresses and strains of your daily life.

    Fully air-conditioned 1 bed-roomed sleeps 4, self contained Penthouse Apartment, 120M2 of indoor living space (sleeps four, 2 single beds and bed settee) with exclusive use of a 120M2 tiled roof terrace that has its own cool shower, built-in BBQ and views to the Red Sea and mountains.

    Kitchen with large fridge/freezer Gas Cooker/Oven. Breakfast bar and four bar stools. An automatic Washing Machine is situated in the bathroom.

    Lounge contains "L" shaped lounger and arm chairs, bed settee, Stereo system (CD), Satellite TV and DVD and coffee table. Plastic chairs are provided on the balcony.

    Two Fully Tiled Bathrooms comprise of Shower units, WCs and Sinks.

    Metal glass top table, 2 bamboo easy chairs and settee, wooden sun loungers are provided on the the roof terrace. A built in BBQ is available for your use. This area has been specifically designed to be private for sunbathing and is a fantastic area for alfresco dining in the evening, with mood lighting, warm breezes and bright star-lit evenings

    2 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the Palm beach Hotel........... or a 30 minute walk (we suggest a bus!) to the Sultana Hotel where use of beach, swimming pool, bar and restaurants are available to you as our guests. This small hotel is situated on the left hand side on the main road towards Hughada from our apartment.

    Our property is situated in the Mubarak Seven area of Hurghada which is approximately 15Km from Hurghada Town Centre, 10 minutes in a micro bus or taxi and 15 minutes from the airport. Being in this area means you are near enough to the bustling night life of Hurghada or El-gouna but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet.

    Location description

    Hurghada has three districts: Dahar (old downtown), Sakalla (new downtown) and Village Road (hotels part).
    The most exciting is Sakalla. Here you can find the best bars and discos and a lot of souvenir shops, duty free shop, oriental caf's, banks.
    Dahar has its oriental charm - if you want to experience real Egyptian atmosphere, you have to go there and visit the bazaar.

    Village Road is the most quiet and cleanest place in Hurghada. There are shops, restaurants and bars, but still has the touristic atmosphere you'll find in Sakalla. The real, oriental life you will find in in Dahar
