Secret Alps, a unique 5 star penthouse, offers 200 m² of luxury accommodation. Occupying the top 2 floors of a new residence, Secret Alps is furnished and equipped to the highest standard. There is an integrated sound system with speakers in every room allowing everyone a choice of TV, DVD, radio, CD, Ipod or Internet (WIFI). On entering at the lower of the 2 levels there is a large living room with open fire, double height window and large balcony facing north and west. This glazed wall allows guests an uninterrupted view down to the Rhone and along the valley. It is dramatic.

Also on this floor is an open plan modern kitchen and dining area for 8 people; 4 plate electric hob; oven; dishwasher; microwave; fridge; freezer; washing machine; clothes drier; 1 double bedroom with TV(cable) /DVD and shower room/WC and south facing balcony; 2 twin bedrooms, each with 2 beds; 1 bathroom with bath/ shower/WC. There are hair driers in every bedroom.

A contemporary staircase leads to a vast galleried living room with wide screen TV/DVD and south-facing balcony. At this level is the master bedroom with double bed and TV/DVD and west-facing balcony; ensuite bathroom with bath/shower/WC; large steam room for 6 people.

Guests are provided with bathrobes, slippers and toiletries. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.

There is a ski room at ground level with separate entrance. There is a garage for 1 vehicle and a private parking space for another vehicle. Access to the entrance drive from the road is easy but drivers should note that snow tyres and chains are essential in winter.

The one-way ski shuttle bus stops a few yards from the access drive.

Location description

Nendaz is a mountain resort in the middle of Switzerland's acclaimed 4 Valleys. All winter and summer mountain pursuits are available. For snow sports including the more intrepid pursuits such as heli-skiing it is outstanding. Suitable for children on nursery slopes and pros wanting off-piste. Summer time focusses on gentle walking along the "bisses" irrigation channels; serious hiking and all kinds of cycling. Exhilarating mountain bike programme on offer.
