    Set in a 7,000 m² of private garden, with adult and child infinity swimming pools, our 2nd (top) floor south-facing Penthouse has all rooms air-conditioned, with uninterrupted sea views from the master suite and the living area.

    A high standard of equipment and furnishings is provided throughout, providing a contemporary feel. There is lift access from the secure basement garage, and consists of entrance hall, master suite, 1 twin/double bedroom, a second bathroom and a living area that has an open plan kitchen/dining room and comfortable lounge/entertainment room.

    Both the master suite and the living area give access to the 22 m² facing south terrace with its dining and lounge furniture and fantastic, uninterrupted 180° views over the landscaped gardens. Directly in front is the Ria Formosa lagoon, the Atlantic Ocean and Armona Island. The terrace is the perfect place for sipping cocktails or for al fresco dining during warm Algarve evenings!

    Our seafront Penthouse is the perfect setting for enjoying Eastern Algarve which offers a more relaxed style of holiday. A 5 minute walk gets you to the heart of Fuzeta with its restaurants, cafes-bars, fresh produce markets and 2 train stations.

    The renowned mild climate from October until May allows all, including golfers, bird-watchers, walkers and cyclists to enjoy their chosen pastimes.

    There are 20 golf courses within 30 minutes in the areas of Olhão, Tavira, Almancil (Quinta do Lago), Vilamoura and Castro Marim.

    A paradise for bird-watchers, Ria Formosa Natural Park is one of the most important areas for aquatic birds, hosting more than 20,000 in the wintering period and a very important stop-over point in the migration routes between Europe and Africa.

    For walkers, Ria Formosa Natural Park area offers 4 trails where the presence of significant natural, scenic and cultural assets as well as their condition and safety were taken into account for the chosen routes.

    In summer, the small passenger ferryboat that takes you on a 5 minute trip to Armona Island with its miles of unspoiled Atlantic Ocean beaches is a 10 minute stroll away; or stay at Praia dos Tesos, the lagoon beach with permanent calm waters, near the ferry port. Enjoy water sports including sailing, windsurfing and canoeing on either beaches or take a train trip to Faro, Olhão, Tavira and V.R. de Sto. António - all well worth a visit!
