Gunluk house set on the upper floor of a privately owned house (owner lives downstairs) There are 2 balconys to the back and front of the house, where you can watch the world go by. All of the house is tastefully decorated and well equipped.

There are 3 large bedrooms with comfortable beds and fresh clean linen, plenty of room and storage space .1 kingsize, 1 double and 2 singles.The shower room is large with a washing machine next door. The kitchen has plenty room for cooking and is fully equipped for your culinary needs. Living room has a wonderful mountain views, dining table for 8 and pull out sofa bed.
Large garden for private parking and gardens for bbq.

The local shop is 30 secs away 5 mins walk there are shops, restaurants and one or 2 bars.

Location description

Gunlukbasi village is fascinatating you can watch the world go and see the real Turkey, inexpensive restaurants that serve real Turkish food, shops that offer services like the tailor or cobblers. There are plenty of buses there is a regular service to Fethiye and Calis beach on a 5 min basis they run from 7am to 12 midnight.

Calis beach a 5 min bus trip from the house feel the cooling breeze or you may see a dolphin or turtle. There is a range of shops restaurants and bars.

Fethiye is a Turkish working town it has a beautiful harbour area, weekly market, Lycian tombs, ampitheatre and fish market where you can buy the fish and have it cooked at your table.

Olu deniz or the famous blue lagoon where you can swim in the turquoise waters or lie on the golden sands.

Kaya village a deserted Greek village which is said to be haunted.
