Set in a rural location, Mill House Barn in the quiet village of Erpingham, North Norfolk, in easy reach of Cromer and the North Norfolk Coast, yet only 15 miles from Norwich. The market town of Aylsham is less than 3 miles away with traditional shops, farmers’ market and historic buildings to explore. The area is perfect for walking, birdwatching, visiting National Trust properties such as Blickling Hall and Felbrigg and many other outdoor pursuits. The Norfolk Broads are less than half an hour away.

The village has a pub, plant nursery and a swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi available for private hire.
A variety of good restaurants and country pubs are located close by.

The Property
Set in the owner’s woodland garden, Mill House Barn, on the Weavers Way footpath, is a very attractively furnished loft-style apartment, enjoying its own private balcony. With high attention to detail, it makes an ideal hide-away retreat for couples. Recently converted and flooded with sunlight from the full height glazing, this apartment affords wonderful far reaching views of the countryside and wildlife. A pair of barn owls are regular visitors.

Facilities: fully equipped kitchen and dining area and open plan living area. The kitchen contains a double electric oven, fridge with small freezer compartment and microwave. The bedroom is accessed off the main living area and has an en suite shower room. Oil fired central heating, thermostatically controlled. TV, Digibox and CD/radio. All linen including towels provided. Access to outside drying line for clothes. The barn has its own private parking space off the main drive. Guests are invited to unwind in the wood adjacent to the barn, which contains additional seating.

A great place to relax or get out and explore, with cycle hire and great routes on the doorstep. Welcome pack provided. Homemade bread available. Not suitable for wheelchair access.
