Centuries old little house in the historic Dubrovnik displays two charming, nicely furnished and newly redecorated studio-apartments, sleeping four persons. With the entrance hall that can be used as a reading or a TV room when waiting for your partner to wake up or to show up nicely dressed for a concert, it makes one intimate place for your holidays in Dubrovnik.
Perfectly located at the northern city gate, called Buza, it is easily approachable from the near-by parking area without any steps to climb. Steps leading to the downtown Dubrovnik area, that is less than a minute walk, can be avoided by a pleasant five minutes walk around the city walls giving entrance to Stradun thought Ploce or Pile gate. The city’s beach, located right in front of the old harbour, is within a five minute walk, as well as the harbour itself with boat departures for the island of Lokrum, its shady paths and rocky beaches, or to Cavtat, a charming seaside resort. All bus stops are about the same distance, leading to newer parts of the town, to the port of Gruz, as well as to Cavtat.
The studios are air-conditioned, have double-glass windows, private bathroom (shower), mini-kitchenettes with all necessities included, as well as Internet Connexions and Satellite TV. The upper room (Mauve) displays a double bed, while the other (Pink) offers twin beds. There is a washer/dryer at the ground level with ironing facilities at your disposal, as well as books and magazines to read.
The Lounge also offers a convertible bed should you need it.

Location description
Much has already been written about the Old Town Dubrovnik as a holiday place of great interest. Dubrovnik offers not only its monuments, being one in itself, but also provides a visitor with great cultural events all around the year, particulatly in summer time with its world famous festivals of classical music and theatre.Dubrovnik also hosts famous DJ's, pop music stars and celebrities. Most of events take place outdoors, transforming the Town into a spectacular open-air stage, accessible for everyone interested. Sports such as diving, sailing, and tennis can be practiced throughout the year. There are different possibilities for going swimming, whether you prefer sand or rocky beaches, everything is just within 5 to 15 minutes walk. If you like an island escape, the islet of Lokrum is reachable within a 15 minute boat ride.
For those among you who need a beauty treatment or a hair cut or whatsoever to feel better, there are beauty centers within the same distance. Staying in the Old Town Dubrovnik is a real adventure and something you will always remember.

Directions
Dubrovnik is easily accessable by air, ferry, bus, as well as by car, depending on the distance and your budget. Once in the town, you can easily reach the apartments by taking a short ride on a local bus, or a taxi to Buza Gate. There are also bus and taxi services from the airport. As the apartments are in the Old Town, which is a walking area, everything is just there. If going to other parts of the town or the surroundings, you have bus stops within a two minute walk.
