Location description

On stop to the Champs-Elysées with train RER line A, this quiet, bright apartment is on the 15th floor of a 19-storey residence overlooking Paris in the La Défense district in a very quiet and nice surrounding with gardens, fountain, flowers and trees.
The Charras mall is on the ground floor with a supermarket, many restaurants, cafés, and shops. Also on the ground floor of the building is an international newsstand, as well as a boulangerie for fresh bread and croissant in the morning, and the municipal swimming pool, featuring a sauna, solarium, volley ball, ice skating and bowling facilities.
The nearby Métro station gives easy fast access to all of Paris. The apartment is in a lively neighborhood with sports facilities, a 16-screen cinema, a host of shops, theatres, cultural venues, restaurants, bars, cafés, and indoor and outdoor markets.
La Défense is at the western end of Paris' Historical Axis, which starts at the Louvre museum and takes in the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe.
The most famous landmark in La Défense is La Grande Arche, a monument dedicated to humanity and humanitarian ideals which was inaugurated in 1989. The roof section is an exhibition centre, and offers impressive views of Paris.
