The apartment is located in a typical Tuscan hamlet dating back to the 15th Century owned throughout the Centuries by a noble family of Pisa. All the buildings on site, as well as the Renaissance villa, have been very well restored.
The place is quiet and relaxing but not far from the most attractive towns in Tuscany such as Florence, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Viareggio, Lucca, Siena, Forte dei Marmi. Only 15 minutes walking distance is the small enchanting Medieval village of Palaia with restaurants and shops.
The ground floor 1 bedroom apartment is ideal for families trips with a double bedroom, large livingroom - itchenette with sofabed, bathroom with shower and a small garden with table and chairs for your "al fresco" meals!
On site a Restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with reasonable prices and a large choice of Tuscan recipes!

Location description

The apartment is located in a holiday estate in the village of Colleoli which is a small quiet village nestled on the hills around Pisa, from where you can easily reach Florence (either by train or by car), Pisa, Lucca, Siena & San Gimignano. Locally, small hilltop villages rich of history and unknown treasures of art. The area is green and ideal to play golf or to practice horse riding and other sports; beaches are not far as well: within 40 minutes you will reach the rocky coast south of Livorno as well as sandy beaches of Pisa coast, the luxury Versilia is about 1 hr driving distance.
