“The House” is a new built house; the apartment is on the second floor and it is 85m² wide. The apartment is on two different levels:
on the first floor there is a living room with a cooking corner, a double room and two private balconies.
Through an indoor staircase you get on the mezzanine floor where there is an open space with three single beds.
On the ground floor there is a large garage in addition to a reserved parking space outside.
The area “The House” is intended to offer a comfortable and relaxing holiday:
the cooking corner is furnished with kitchen, oven, micro-wave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, toaster, blender and electric coffee-maker.
in the living room there is a nice cupboard, a big table with six chairs, two sofas, an armchair and a sat-TV.
the bathroom is provided with toilet, washbasin, bidet and shower.
in the garage there is a laundry with a washing machine.

Location description

"The House" has careful furnishings with every conforts. It’s in Colico, at the feet of Monte Legnone (2609 mt) on the oriental bank of Como lake. In the evening from his balcony you can see beautiful sunsets on the mountains around the lake. The house is 1 km from the centre for offer silence and calm ideal for the ones who love relaxing holidays. In Colico there are all sorts of services: free beach , shops, banks, ice-cream, cafés, pubs, restaurants, pizzerias, nightclub end disco. It is also a base for many excursions in the mountains with or without a tourist guide, It’s possible to walk end to ride a bicycle on the cycle paths, through wonderful landscape. The beach is about 1,3 km, with various facilities: a sailing school and a windsurfing and kitesurfing school where you can hire equipment. At Colico all train stop, the railway connects to Milano- Lecco- Chiavenna- Sondrio- Tirano. From Tirano (67 km) leaves the Rhaetian Railway with the “little red train” (UNESCO World Heritage). It offers a panoramic journey through the Alps, arrives on the Bernina Pass (2253 mt. above sea level) then it reachs St Moriz- Chur and Davos. It remains in your memory forever. From the port of Colico, every day, start ferries and hydrofoils which sail over the whole lake. So you can enjoy and discover wonderful natural landscape and visit beautiful “Villes” rich of history and Art.
