Situated at only 5 minutes from the beach and 3 swimming pools with bar & restaurant service, the apartment is very well located at only 10 minutes by car/local bus from Ciutadella, the cultural city in Menorca (bus stop at 50 metres from the building). And 200 metres from shopping centre, bars and restaurants.

This luxurious apartment has lovely views of the sea and is fitted with air con, dish-washer and washing-machine. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with modern two seater breakfast bar, a king size bed, TV flat screen, sofa-bed with chaise long, bathroom with amazing shower and balcony with table, chairs and great views to make the most of your evening.

The apartment building has a porter and is located next to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, scuba-diving and horse riding schools. It is well connected by local transport and there are many buses going to Ciutadella (only 10 mins. journey) and the rest of the island.

We include clean new bed linen and towels and we offer an additional cleaning service for long stays.
