The entire first floor is now a large self-catering apartment, sleeping up to twelve guests, with its own personal entrance. The private swimming pool is adjacent to the property and is for your sole use during your stay, as are the surrounding tranquil grounds.

Our central location is ideal for visiting the famous towns and historic sites. The medieval town of Citta Della Pieve with all amenities, restaurants, pizzerias and supermarkets, is just 10 minutes away by car and a great eatery lies just at the bottom of our hill. Orvieto and Lake Bolsena are just a 45 minute drive, Perugia is an hour by bus, and the thermal baths are only a 20 minute scenic drive away. Every hilltop seems to have a cultural gem waiting to be explored with hidden passageways and tiny shops stuffed with local produce and friendly people who will serve you with a smile.
