    Description

    CASA DAFNE is located in one of the most beautiful streets of the historic town of Cefal, just 40 meters from the sea and the sandy beach. It is situated in a very central location in the middle of a residential area and has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sandy beach of Cefal. There is also the the possibility to park your car near his home on the street or in a private parking just 7 minute walking from your apartment for a good price.

    The house has been renovated and is located in an historic building in Corso Ruggero. The apartment is about 50 square meters and is located on the third floor. Inside there are two nice and bright bedrooms each one furnished with taste and elegance and very comfortable: the first bedroom has got a balcony on the Corso Ruggero and the Rock (the fascinating mountain, surrounding the town), while the second bedroom is smaller, with a window that overlooks a picturesque alley of the Norman town and ending to the sandy beach. In the room there is a bunk bed.

    Then we have a bathroom with shower and a washing machine and the dining room with a very modern and tastefully decorated kitchenette, with satellite TV, heat pumps in each room, a fridge and a sofa, table and chairs, and finally a wonderful and spacious terrace overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy a breathtaking sunset set in a quiet and peaceful environment. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, coffee maker, Italian coffee, cutlery and everything you need to cook.

    This apartment is therefore ideal for 2-4 people, and for its beautiful view of the sea and its short distance from the beach and the shops and restaurants and the city center, is one of the most requested houses for a beautiful holiday in Sicily and Cefal, where you can always find a friendly atmosphere, and a lot of charm and a great sense of hospitality from your Italian neighbours and from all the people who live here.

    The apartment is centrally located in the heart of Cefalu, very close to famous monuments and, of course, also close to our Italian language school: Mediterranea Sicilia as well as our other accommodation. Downstairs the apartment you will find shops, restaurants, supermarkets, Internet Point, bar, cinema, beaches, wineries, grocers and fishmongers. The apartment is also good for those who travel without a car and want to have everything at your fingertips!

    Location description

    Cefalu is a beautiful city on the Mediterranean Sea on the north coast of Sicily. It is centrally located in the island, and there are no problems in connecting it with the main airports and highways of the island. Cefal has a central position, that allows you to reach easily all the most famous cities and attractions of the island. The city has a beautiful sandy beach and our accommodations are all facing the sea. It has many shops, restaurants where you can enjoy good and healthy Sicilian cuisine, bars and many cultural activities. Of great importance are the Arab-Norman cathedral, the medieval wash-house, the park of the castle, the museum Mandralisca, the differential pensionable many churches, historical period, from Arabic to Baroque and a modern theater named to a well known Sicilian musicist, born in Cefal and died still young whose name is Salvatore Cicero. All the concerts and performances are held by not only Italian artists, but also international ones.
