A beautiful, brand new, ground floor, duplex, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (one en-suite) apartment on Colina Verde, close to the centre of Carvoeiro. The apartment has one ground floor bedroom and bathroom, with kitchen, complete with washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, living/dining
room, bedroom 2 and bathroom 2 on the 1st floor. There is a balcony overlooking Carvoeiro village, large, private roof terrace, and maid service 2 days per week.

The apartment also benefits from double glazing and air conditioning (supplement payable). Beautiful Carvoeiro beach is only a few minutes walk, as are a large a selection of bars, shops and restaurants. The apartment is
located on a hill and a car may be advisable for anyone with mobility problems. There is a sofabed in the living room and a cot and highchair can be supplied on request. Charge for 5th person of £20 per week
