The spacious, duplex apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th (top) floors of the Monte Dourado Lower Level development and is fully furnished and equipped. There are 3 bedrooms (one en-suite), 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies on the 4th floor, and kitchen, living room/dining area, cloakroom and 2 balconies on the 3rd floor.

The living room has satellite TV, video, cd player and logburner with an additional sitting area on the upstairs landing with a TV and video (for playing videos only) wi-fi internet access and there is a selection of paperbooks, pre-recorded films, board games and playing cards. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, cooker and microwave. All linen and towels are supplied, including beach towels. Maid service twice a week

There is a lift in the apartment building. The apartment sleeps 6 plus a cot and chairbed, highchair, potty and stairgate supplied. Prices quoted are for 6 people, 2 extra children can be accommodated at a cost £25 per child per week
