No expense has been spared in the construction of this two villas as it consists of one and two bedroom apartments from 120sqm. to 150 sqm. All the apartments have a private access and beautiful sea views.
The apartments are very spacious. The T2 have two bedrooms and two bathroom/shower, and a very spacious living room with dining area. Some have jacuzzi type bathrooms.
All the studio apartments are with separate-kitchen, and some of them have a living room with a staircase to the sleeping area. They all have fully fitted kitchens, terrace or balcony, satellite TV, and safe for hire.
These lovely self catering apartments, some of them with spectacular sea views from the private terrace or balcony, are the ideal place to offer you a nice and relaxing holiday.

Payment condition - 25% upon confirmation of the reservation. The balance will be paid six weeks upon arrival. We only accept payments by banktransfer and cash. Just last minute bookings can have different payment condititons. In cases of special costs for banktransfers the client have to take care of it.
Attention: The 5th person in the T2 apartments sleep in an extra bed. Extra beds cost 10 € per night, babybeds are free of charge.

Quinta do Mato Serrao is situated on a hill and 5 minutes to drive to the charming village of Carvoeiro. You will find the Tennis Club 2 minutes walking distance from the Quinta and 5 minutes to drive a small supermarket,restaurants and the Gramacho and Vale de Pinta Golf Course.Other activities
Fishing boat tours of the local coastline are available from the main beach. Algarve Shopping is an excellent open air shopping centre located in Guia (15 minutes drive). Other activities in the area include Zoo Marine (15 minutes drive), Slide and Splash Water Park (10 minutes drive) and horse riding (10-15 minutes drive). There are two 18 hole Championship golf courses (Gramacho and Vale de Pinta) within a 5 minutes drive of the apartments. Directions
Driving directions (Faro Airport):
1 - Follow the main road to the motorway IP1 (A22).
2 - On the motorway, take the Lisbon-Portimao-Lagos direction (Follow Portimao.
3 - Leave the motorway at the Lagoa exit. Follow "Lagoa Sul".
4 - Cross the round-about towards carvoeiro.
5 - At the following traffic light turn right towards Carvoeiro and pass "Plus" supermarket until reaching the next round-about.
6 - Cross the round-about towards "Sesmarias", following the "Carvoeiro Club" and "Tennis Club" signs.
7 - At the following round-about you drive straight until the water tower and at the next round-about trun left and continue.
8 - At the following intersection you will observe a sign: "Tennis Club" and "Quinta do Mato Serrao", you turn right and after about 200 m. you will find the holiday complex.
