This contemporary designed two double bedroom apartment is located just 3 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals. It is just moments from the public and private sandy beaches of the Croisette.

The apartment is in a extremely convenient location for conference visitors at the Palais. Excellent local restaurants, the old harbour, the bus station, which has a regular half-hour service to the airport. The apartment is a mere 1 minute walk to the train station. It further benefits from being close to all the bars, shops both designer and food. The daily markets selling fresh produce and antiques are at the end of the road.

The apartment is bright and airy and spacious with high ceilings and benefits from portable air conditioning. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles. There is also a double sofabed in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, cappucino/expresso maker and a washer/dryer. The living are has seating for 4-6 people. There is also a table for four. The living area comes equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD, satellite TV and a DVD movie library with over a 100 movies. The bathroom is newly refurbished and tiled with bath and shower.

Towels, linen and the before and after clean are all provided and with this apartment a "meet and greet" service is also provided.

Cannes is a beautiful town to visit.

It has everything and home of the biggest film festival in the world. Its the perfect place for celeb spotting or for relaxing on the beach.

There are hundreds of bars and restaurants to suit all budgets and tastes.

Cannes is also full of culture, with a beautiful old town to wonder around full of art gallaries and museums.

No trip would complete without a stroll along the Rue D'Antibes which hosts some of the finest shops in the world.
