Welcome to our mountain view Murcia apartment rental with private solarium in Calasparra a place where you can let your self unwind, surrounded by the unspoilt beauties of nature. With stunning mountain views, a great location and all the comforts of home our apartment lends itself to a care free holiday.
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM
After a day in the sun-the weather can be hot- this well equiped room is a cool and peaceful haven. It is air conditioned. It is well decorated with traditional modern furniture-2 sofas, which convert to loungers, seating 5 people, a satellite TV broadcasting Spanish and English channels( all BBC and ITV programmes and radio stations), a DVD player. The dining area has 4 chairs and the table extends to sit up to 6 people.
THE GALLEY KITCHEN
The compact kitchen is very well equippedwith fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, 4 ring hob,oven, microwave and washing machine. All the necessary utensils -pot pans crockery etc.
THE MAIN BEDROOM
This room is attractively decorated. There is a large built in wardrobe the full lengh of one side of the bedroom, so providing ample storage for your personnal belongings. Full lengh patio doors open onto a Juliet balcony where views of the montains and pine forests can be seen. There are comfortable twin beds with wood rafia headboards.
THE SECOND BEDROOM
This room is also tastefully decorated. There is a free standing wardrobe with incorporated drawer space. There are comfortable twin beds with wood rafia headboards.
THE BATHROOM
Completely tiled, the bathroom consists of a large shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet. A hairdryer is provided.
UTILITY AREA
This area provides space to store suitcases. It also has a ceramic sink and the clothes dryer, iron, washing machine, ironing board. From the utility area the spiral staircase leads up to the roof top solarium.
SOLARIUM
This is where the WOW factor hits you.The solarium is 50 metres squared. It is south facing and has a panoramic view of the Sierra de El Molino mountains and surrounding countryside. You are guaranteed sunshine even in winter. The solarium furniture includes a table, 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers, a parasol and a small BBQ. It is a fantastic place for eating, relaxing and sunbathing.
OTHER FACILITIES
Welcome packs can be arranged at an extra cost.
Within 500metres of the apartment there is the Tervol bar/cafe and the Andalus restaurant. The Andalus restaurant has a roof top space where you can dine, watch the sun go down and look at the star constellations.
As the owners only live a 5 minute walk away personnal attention is guaranteed. They are able to pre book activities such as horse riding, quad biking and also explain about the many restaurants, bars,cafes and quaint villages to visit.

Location description
Calasparra is about 45Km.north west of Murcia city. The history of Calasparra stretches back to the Palaeolithic era. Cave paintings, Roman aqueducts on the outskirts of the town can still be seen. About 3Km out of the town and only 1Km from the apartment is the sanctuary of our Lady of Hope. This is a shrine and a church in a cave carved out of the rocks by the River Segura. The shrine is the 4th most popular place of pilgrimage for the Spanish people.
Calasparra today is a bustling rural town, most of its activities centring on the town square (Plaza de la Corredera) where there are a variety of cafes and bars. The whole community takes part in the major fiesta at the beginning of September. A range of musical concerts, processions, fireworks and the Calasparra bull run take place over a week of celebration.

Calasparra is about 45Km north west of Murcia city, the capital of the region of Murcia. It is accessible via Alicante and Murcia San Javier airports.
