Around 1500 m2 of pine trees plantation and garden bordered the Villa Primera Aparthotel, which is only located 300 meters from the sea away, nestled on the cliffs and in only 5 minutes walking distance from the charming fishing port and its boulevard of Cala Figuera.

All apartments are recently renovated and their distribution is similar in all of them:
Living room with kitchenette: bright living room with sofa bed and TV - SAT, dining area and access to a balcony or terrace. The small kitchen is well equipped with utensils and appliances: 2 units Vitro plate, microwave, coffee maker and fridge-freezer.
One twin-bedroom: all bedrooms have 2 singles beds (90x190cm) whit balcony access.
Bathroom has bath and shower tube.

Accommodation includes bed clothes, towels for the bath and the kitchen and tablecloth.

Location description

Cala Figuera is a little fishing village with about 300 residents with wonderful beaches and rugged cliffs.

The village is located on the Southeast cost of Majorca, at 55 Km far from the city of Palma and it takes 40 minutes from the international airport of the Island, Palma de Mallorca (PMI).

Cala Figuera is a much loved place by bohemians, tranquil people and nature lovers. The white sandy beaches nearest to VILLA PRIMERA are “Cala Santanyí” at 2 km and the Natural Park “Mondragó”, at 3 km, where sun-and-Mediterranean-weather seekers are welcome to swim in the warmer month: from May to October.


The fishing port shows a wealth of beautifully natural land-and-seascapes which have picturesque entice for a great deal of foreign and local artists

. It is lying in the unspoilt Mediterranean environment, with people working there every day and ships commuting to the sea. In fact, the port itself, is set at head of an excellent scenery called by a lot of tourists who have visited it: "The Venice from Majorca"

Tourists who come to the Island should feel obliged to visit this wonderful place because local people think this is a privileged place for living.
Villa Primera is situated at the beginning of this village, accessing from the main street, very close of the children play ground and only at 300 m from the sea far away.

There is a very good time to explore the island, when the warm spring weather with flowered almond trees arrives. Also, good time for visiting museums and heritage of Palma city, town festivals and local markets.

You can enjoy of a relaxing holiday alone or with your family in the village and surroundings, where you can finally read your preferred book, make trips on foot or by boat, fishing rod and also exploring, if you like, the rural roads by bike or relax on the beach.
