Within the gated secure grounds of this domaine, our 2nd floor sea front apartment at Le Grand Large offers spacious accommodation and sleeps up to 5 people. Lift access to the 2nd floor, with underground garage parking. With the landscaped Mediterranean gardens is a 25 x 10 meter wide swimming pool with sloped beach entry area as well as sun loungers, available from June to September.

The apartment is spacious (75 square meters of living space or 975 square feet), has an entrance hall, with double glazed doors opening into the lounge area, sliding half screen wall opening into the dining room which doubles as a second bedroom, a four piece shower room, the main double bedroom with built in wardrobe. A second WC with wash handbasin is also available of the inner hall and the kitchen breakfast room has its own rear balcony.

The lounge and dining room have picture windows enjoying the wide sea and little harbour views, with access to the large front balcony.
The kitchen has a hotplate with extractor, microwave oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker, and off the rear balcony is a laundry room with washing machine and overhead hanging clothes dryer. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are available.

There is also a TV with DVD player. UK & International TV stations are available.
There are ample local shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance and should you wish to go further afield without driving frequent train services are available from Cagnes station.

Location description

International flights to Nice with a taxi from the airport taking no more than 15 minutes to the apartment. Or TGV to Nice with local train to Cagnes rail station, about a 10 to 15 minute walk.

You name it and you can probably do it within 30 minutes of the apartment!

There are year round festivals such as the Monaco Grand Prix in Monte Carlo, the Cannes Film festival, the Mimosa festival in Nice, the Orange festival in Menton, as well as all towns having festivals throughout the year.

Tourist attractions

Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Monte Carlo, all accessible via local train. Or cross the border into Italy to the famous market in Ventimiglia, just over the border. In Cagnes visit the old town, its perched village and chateau with art collections or the home and studio of Renoir in the town itself. There are so many places to visit its difficult to name them all, but well send you some recommendations when you book.
