The flat is very spacious and accommodates 6 people very well. Both bedrooms can be booked as either twin rooms or doubles depending on the party and there is an additional sofa bed in the lounge.

Both the kitchen and the bathroom are small but well fitted with appliances and the shower has spa and massage jets for extra luxury. The building has no lift so unfortunately the flat is not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Situated on Regency Square - an ideal space for picnics or ball games (with the added benefit of an NCP carpark underneath the gardens), which then immediately faces onto the sea front. The flat is on the 2nd floor (no lift) and has dual aspect with immediate sea views. The flat is less than 2 minutes walk to all the bars and restaurants of Brighton - as well as its famous nightlife.

If you arrive by train then you can take a taxi from in front of the station which should take around 5 minutes and cost in the region of £7.
