This apartment offers stunning accommodation for up to 3 people in the sought after Kemp Town location. With modern furnishings and all the facilities you will require, this relaxed, comfortable property is close to the centre of Brighton and all it's attractions.

The sitting room, which is spacious, looks out onto a pretty, secluded patio garden surrounded by lots of plants. Sussex Square is at the top of Lewes Crescent and benefits from the use of the famous private communal gardens in the crescent, with its own access to the beach via a tunnel. There is full SKY TV and wifi throughout.

Just two minutes away is the marina with numerous restaurants, cinema, casino and the opportunity to hire a boat for the day.

The apartment is accessed via a few stairs down to the very spacious and light lower ground level. Spacious entrance hall, off which is a large and bright tiled kitchen/dining room, fully equipped with gas cooker and oven, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, cafetiere, fridge, freezer, open plan to the dining area with large table and 4 Directors chairs.

There is also a breakfast bar and two stools, plus 2 wicker chairs, two double windows facing East. Large two seater sofa, easy chair and matching footstool and a large leather armchair, rug and coffee tables, occasional furniture and bookshelves, satellite TV/Sky and sound system.

Off the entrance hall is a shower room with basin and wc. Archway through which is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, TV, looking onto the patio garden.

Through this bedroom is a single bedroom with fitted wardrobes, bedside table and chair, windows looking on to the patio garden and en suite bathroom with bath, wc and basin. Gas central heating

Location description

The Sussex area has 80 miles of coastline offering plenty of beaches to explore. Also there are castles, historic houses, areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty over the South Downs and Ashdown Forest, (including the soon-to-be-designated South Downs National Park)

You are in the centre of all the interesting coastal towns and villages like Rottingdean, Peacehaven, Saltdean, Newhaven, Seaford, Eastbourne, Polegate, Bexhill on Sea, Pevensey, Hastings (to the East) and Hove, Shoreham, Worthing, Arundel, Littlehampton, Chichester, etc (to the West).

Brighton offers plenty of attractions. Shops, bars, restaurants, beach walks and a visit to Brighton Marina. The famous Brighton Pier, the Kingswest cinema and club complex, Brighton Centre concert venue.
