    THE MEWS is all ground floor living, with own private entrance and patio. It is tastefully decorated and furnished in a contemporary modern style, Centrally heated and carpets throughout.

    Separate fitted dining kitchen, with TV, fridge, freezer, electric cooker, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and pine dining table and chairs.

    The bathroom is new with large double walk in corner shower.

    Large Bedroom with a TV, chairs and double bed, which will be made up for your arrival.

    The separate sitting room has flat screen TV and DVD player.The two very comfortable single Ikea sofa bed fold down for sleeping. .

    To make your stay more enjoyable we can provided a high chair and travel cot if required.

    Accessibility level patio for you to enjoy dining outdoors the private patio has table with sun parasol and, chairs.

    There is also a BBQ for your use. We have a box of buckets and spades and sand toys for your children's use.

    All bed linen, towels and tea towels provided, please bring towels for the beach and swimming use.

    Location description

    BRIDLINGTON is a traditional seaside resort, with glorious award winning sandy beaches and a spacious level promenade to stroll along between North and South Beaches.There are typical rides and amusement arcades. There is plenty to do for all the family, whatever the weather, Bingo and Snooker halls, cinema and bowling alley.

    Throughout the year there are organised events on the beach suitable for all ages to watch or join in. The large level sandy beaches allow plenty of room for beach games and children to play and paddle safely.

    The Harbour is a working fishing port re known for lobster and shellfish. you can fish from the harbour wall or sea fish from the beach bait is available to buy. There are pleasure boat trips along the coast.. On North beach has miles of golden sands.

    On the South beach there is a boating pool and the famous Spa Theatre where throughout the year top class shows, popstars,comedians, ballet, opera and drama perform for your entertainment..

    In the old town area of Bridlington the pace changes and there are charming old Georgian Houses, art galleries ,antique shops,tearooms and restaurants to enjoy. The beautiful 13c Priory Church is well worth a visit, you are welcome at their services and they hold musical and choir events there. Strawberry fair and other fund raising events.take place throughout the year. The Dickensian Festival is held in December every year.

    Shopping in Bridlington is a pleasure as the town is compact and level, there are high street n ames, local shops and an indoor promenade shopping centre. Markets are held twice weekly. On the outskirts Strawberry fields a very large car boot and market takes place on Thursdays from May to October and Bank Holiday Mondays .For designer shopping Hornsea Freeport is a short drive away.

    The fun land train takes you along the prom up to Sewerby Hall and its beautiful Gardens on the cliff tops. Where there is a small Zoo, crazy golf ,craft shops and tearoom. Awarded the best picnic spot its worth a visit., the views are wonderful.Throughout the year there are events held here, vintage car rallys, mock battles acted and Drama plays in the gardens.

    BRIDLINGTON is a traditional seaside resort, with its historical working harbour and old town (Dads Army was recently filmed here).It is the start of the heritage trail you can walk or cycle for miles on identified tracks up on to the cliffs.

    A few miles from Bridlington are the amazing cliffs at Flamborough Head and Bird Watchers will appreciate and love the RSPB nature reserve at Bempton where 200,000 nesting birds make the cliffs come alive. They have recently spent over 1 million pounds creating a cafe and large screen viewing of the antics on the cliffs and out at sea.
