The tiled bathroom has also been re-fitted to include a bath with shower over, hand basin, toilet and heated towel rail

Beer is on the East Coast of Devon, just over the Dorset border. It is very close to Lyme Regis (15 mins away) and Sidmouth (15 mins in the other direction)Generally access to the Devon region is down the M5 and then various routes can be taken ie. Jnc 25 Taunton and through Axminster, or a straight run to Exeter then across via Sidmouth
