In the centre of Beaulieu sur Mer, one of the most exclusive towns on the French Riviera, occupying the entire second floor of a beautifully restaured Belle Epoque villa, we offer this supremely elegant, gloriously bright, tastefully furnished and well equipped two (double) bedroom apartment. Grand (double) sitting-dining room and master bedroom with french windows and balconies overlooking spectacular views over the leasure port and coast from Eze to Cap Ferrat. Second bedroom, two bathrooms with separate shower cubicles, a modern eat-in kitchen and a utility room complete the flat. Our tenants return year after year!

All mods and cons. Satellite TV, ADSL connection.

Sleeps 2-4 comfortably and can take a child on a folding bed or a baby to whom we can offer a cot.

Minimum rental two weeks. Sorry, no pets nor smokers.

Sheets and towels are provided.

A cleaner can be provided on request.

Refunds upto 3 months (2 months) of rental date: 50% (30%) of booking fee.

Location description

The Côte d'Azur or French Riviera is one of best known and most loved all-year-'round holiday destination for tourists worldwide. It's mild weather and fabulous coastline, together with it's rich legacy of art, and architecture, it's history, cuisine and great wines are sure to seduce you. Coffee bars and restaurants abound and there are musical events, antique fairs and markets all along the coast. Also along the coast or in the hills directly behind it there are wonderful walks with dozens of delightful medieval villages to discover .. or enjoy all the traditional water sports and then relax with a long cold drink under a beach umbrella...

From Italy by car, take the Genova-Ventimiglia motorway (A7) exit at Roquebrune/Cap Martin and follow first Eze Village and then Beaulieu sur Mer.
