In the largest range of forested mountains in Central Europe, on the border with the Czech Republic, half way between Munich and Prague, we offer spacious, beautifully modernised 'full service' holiday apartments in 3 neighbouring houses on the edge of the village of Bayerisch Eisenstein.
The apartments are a few metres from the Bavarian Forest National Park, shops, restaurants and the Czech border.
There is a wider variety of things to do and see here than almost anywhere else in Europe: peaceful walks, cycling/mountain biking, tennis, riding, winter sports on the Arber mountain and cross country skiing everywhere. History and culture are all around.
Bayerisch Eisenstein is in South East Germany, about 10 hours driving time from Calais. Munich, Nuernberg, Prague, Salzburg or Linz airports are 2 hours by car, slightly longer by train. Or catch the train from London after an early breakfast and eat dinner in Bayerisch Eisenstein!
Arrival and departure can be on any day of the week and your stay can be any number of days.
A car is not essential as there are good local train and bus services. We provide a free transfer service to and from the local station.
