A spacious fully modernised and well equipped ground floor apartment, on the edge of the village of Bayerisch Eisenstein, a few yards from the Bavarian Forest National Park. The apartment has 3 double bedrooms, all with ensuite shower rooms, a fully equipped and fitted kitchen/dining room, very large sitting room with LCD TV and DVD player, 2 balconies: 1 with garden view and access and one with a direct view to the Arber mountain - a wonderful place for eating supper on a summer evening. The apartment has access to all the leisure facilities provided by the owners, including sauna and small gym, table tennis, table football, pool table, DVDs and CDs to borrow and mountain bikes for hire. Across the road from the apartment are tennis courts, mini golf and a sports ground. Shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The village has a local railway museum, children's adventure playground and demonstration glassworks. The Arber mountain is close by and the cable car runs for most of the year. There are excelleny skiing (Alpine and cross country), snowboarding, tobogganing and snow shoe walking facilities. It is possible to holiday here without a car. The property is environmentally friendly with many energy saving devices and full recycling system.
