The villa is surrounded by a great park where a beautiful swimming pool is situated. It has been created and realized amongst vineyards and olive groves so it is very peaceful, the distance from the private gardens guarantees maximum comfort and privacy.There is a barbecue at everybody’s disposal and a well shaded car park. Tenuta la Cipresseta is ideal for a relaxing holiday and for excursions even of just a few hours in the nearby Tuscan art towns (Florence Km 35, Sienna Km 30, San Gimignano Km 15, Volterra Km 40 etc.) The villa is situated in an easily accessible place, convenient for any need and near the main roads.

There are 4 magnificent independent apartments in the villa, they are all furnished in an elegant Tuscan style and complete with every type of comfort: Leccio, Cipresso, Ginestra and Quercia. Each apartment has an independent entrance, a private garden fully furnished, a kitchen, an oven, a dishwasher, independent heating, a fire place, a satellite TV and a washing machine.
3 out of 4 apartments have two double bedrooms, a big bathroom with a shower and a bidet, a kitchen and lounge. There is 6 x 12 metre very new swimming pool with a very big garden around it and fully furnished. It is situated in an area of the park where there is sun and vegetation, away from the villa as not to disturb the peace of the private gardens of the apartments.

The Villa is located in the natural reserve of Sant'Agnese.
Placed at the top of a hill in a domineering position, it has an imposing and luxurious shape. The place is very quiet and the villa is in a completely secluded spot. It is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves and there are no other buildings nearby. The only road to reach it ends int he woods.
Located in the centre of Tuscany the villa is very close to the main roads therefore in a good position to visit the whole region. The Sienna/Firenze freeway is at 5 km. The farmhouse is 35 km from Florence, 25 km from Sienna, 15 km from S. Gimignano and 35 km from Volterra.
