Cal Templer, built in 1797, lies in the heart of the old village of Barberà de la Conca. In all it has five floors and a cellar area, and two apartments are available for visitors. The first floor apartment has three bedrooms (sleeping up to seven), a bathroom, toilet, kitchen, and sitting-room. The attic area two living areas and two terraces with panoramic views of the village and surrounding countryside. Visitors may also use the pool table installed on the ground floor, and a catering service is available.

Barberà is within easy reach of the itinerary known as the Ruta del Cister, linking up the three monasteries of Poblet, Santes Creus and Vallbona de les Monges. Another interesting local place to visit outside Barbera is the old quarter of Montblanc, 10 minutes away. Reus, 15 minutes away, is a good place to do some shopping. The ancient Roman city of Tarragona, 30 minutes away, has a well-preserved old quarter and monuments. And should you want some thrills, Port Aventura and the famous beach resorts of Salou and Cambrils are just 40 minutos away. Other, more tranquil beaches are also within easy reach (around 30-60 minutes away by car).
