The apartment (First Floor) is situated on the Aquavista Holiday Village in the quiet west area of the beautiful family resort of Altinkum which has everything anyone could want for a truly memorable holiday. Aquavista Holiday Village was only finished June 2011, and offers some fantastic on site facilities.

The Apartment has been designed and furnished to a high standard to ensure a memorable stay.
The sun terrace offers extensive panoramic views of the countryside, Aegean Sea and distant Islands.

Kitchen: Fully fitted with granite work surfaces, Dual Gas/Electric Hob and Oven, Pots, Pans, Utensils and Appliances.

NB: All opening exterior windows and doors are fitted with Insect Screens. Also all of the Apartments floors are tiled for easy cleaning.

The Aquavista Holiday village is a unique large complex, the first of its kind in the area. Situated in the quiet west area of the beautiful family resort of Altinkum which has everything anyone could want for a truly memorable holiday.

It is built around a very large horse shoe shaped outdoor swimming pool, designed to give a feeling of space & coolness.
With the sea a mere 3Km away, the complex has a free bus service to and from the beach front. Other complex features include a Restaurant, Bar, Shop, Children's play area, Gymnasium, Landscaped gardens, Parking, 24hr Security and a first for the area an INDOOR SWIMMING POOL.

The resorts Beaches, Bars, Shops, Restaurants, Nightlife, Saturday Market ( not to be missed) and Apollo Temple are within walking distance. There is a free bus into town from reception, or the local dolmus bus operates a frequent service from nearby stop.

First class water sports are on offer at the main beach of Altinkum, including boat trips to smaller beautiful nearby islands and to Bodrum. There are 2 other beaches close by and historical sights to be visited, including the famous historical site 'The Temple of Apollo'.

Location description

Altinkum is a warm quiet town situated on the warm Aegean Sea with an annual 225 days of sunshine. Due to its high Oxygen & low Humidity levels make it especially ideal for people with respiratory problems eg. Asthma.
This combined with its three golden sun drenched beaches makes it an ideal holiday resort. The locals speak good English are friendly and very helpful.

The good clean main beach area offers safe bathing in shallow turquoise waters combined with a long pedestrianised promenade.
