Two SELF CONTAINED self-catering studio apartments with truly spectacular views over the valley to the mountains and a lovely pool with terrace and waterfall (this is separate from the hotel pool. The local village is 15 mins walk away through the olive groves (or 2 mins by car) A fully equipped kitchen produces superb Spanish food created by our staff from the local village and this is available for you to eat on your terrace or in your Studio

Situated on the first floor both apartments have their own separate entrances. There is an interconnecting door which can be used if both apartments are being rented by friends or a family. Each has cooking facilities, electric heating and hot water

No 1 - A huge room with twin beds (extra beds available), table, chairs and easy chair: wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps:

Access is via a small private terrace with spectacular views across the valley to the north, east and south - table and chairs for outside use.

Location description

The Cortijo is an ideal base for exploring Andalucia. We are roughly equidistanat from Seville, Cordoba and Granada. Historic Ronda is less than 1 hour by car or train. There is beautiful walking in the area and we are only about 30 mins from the lake district

HOW TO FIND US.... Algamitas is about one hour and 10 mins drive from Malaga airport which is the main gateway for overseas flights into Andalucia. There are many choices of scheduled and charter flights from many UK airports: the most flexible being EASYJET from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Bristol, East Midlands and Liverpool and RYANAIR from Stansted to Jerez, Seville and Granada. THOMSON DIRECT fly from Coventry to Malaga. Car hire can be arranged cheaply also - we can help you with this if you wish.

The village is about 45 mins due north of Ronda which is our nearest city - closer to hand are the provincial towns of Campillos, Osuna and Olvera each less than half an hour away. Further away, about one and quarter to one and half hours by road, are the wonderful cities of Seville, Cordoba and Granada each rich in history, art and Andalucian Moorish architecture.
