Exposure
Your advert will automatically be displayed on our home page and on the latest properties page. It will appear as soon as your advert is published and will remain until replaced by more recent adverts.
Featured Property
You can highlight your property with a feature on our homepage and featured properties page for an extra fee of £10 per month. Ideal for special offers, cancellations and out of season bookings. Featured properties are displayed randomly to ensure equal exposure.
Easy creation/edit
We provide a step-by-step system to build your advert in any order you wish. An extensive list of options are available to suit any property. You can preview and edit your advert at any time and when you're happy with it send it to us for approval. Adverts should appear live within 24 hours.
Statistics
Each property advert has its own statistics showing how many times your property has appeared in a search, been viewed and been added to a member's favourites. You can also check how many times your website link has been clicked, if you have one.

You will get a high quality, full page advert, designed to display your property to its full potential.
Photographs
You will have space for up to 16 images – for maximum impact we display one large image, with thumbnails underneath. Images can be viewed indivdually or as a slideshow.
Video
You can bring your property to life with a well made video showing interiors, exteriors and surrounding views.
Google maps
As well as being displayed on the main Google map search, your property advert will also have its own mini Google map so visitors can pinpoint your location and surroundings.
Descriptions
You can write a substantial description, including summary and main body text. The features, facilities and location details of your property will be displayed in a chart format, saving you valuable space to concentrate on other selling points.
Availability calendar
24 months are displayed at any one time and dates can be marked easily as booked or available.
Price/Tariff chart
You can show seasonal prices for your property either per week or per person per night. Prices can be displayed in Pounds, Euros or Dollars and can be automatically converted if required.
Enquiry form
This protects your email address from unwanted SPAM. It also prompts the customer to provide you with essential information as well as their message.
Guestbook
Your online guestbook will have unlimited room to show reviews of your property. Past guests can send a review using a form linked to your property details. These will be published in your guestbook on your approval.
Links
If you have more than one property, link all of your ads together to increase traffic. You can also add a link to your own website, if you have one.
